Shipping Policy
Where we deliver
We deliver to residential and business street addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
Shipping cost
All orders receive free standard shipping. No expedited service is offered.
Processing and transit
Handling takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit is estimated at 3–4 business days. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start date. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Cutoff and business days
Our cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year without daylight saving adjustments. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the processing start date. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day.
